Take full ownership of the business development process with support from senior / principal managers. Responsibilities include initiating / leveraging contact with internal and external stakeholders with a view to presenting solutions driven by client research need. The Consultant retains responsibility for developing on-going relations with all stakeholders throughout the sales process and beyond for organic growth. This role requires an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. This is a dynamic sales environment requiring the ability to work with and across a number of roles; charities, departments of ; health economics and outcomes, medical affairs and market access. The Consultant has project accountability for delivered work.
Experience:
Proven capability in generating leads / leveraging contacts and networking ; input and management of compiling and producing proposals in line with customer timelines with management and wider team support. The manager will have experience in all elements (including when supported by senior management) from ; scheduling TCs / meetings running through client options, understanding product lifecycle and adapting offerings based on particular client needs, attending face to face meetings (with senior and wider team support) and participating in conversations at senior level. Ideally the candidate will have a good understanding of long term sales process, managing regular and on-going contact with clients is central to success.
